Cheating case filed against Salman Khan, Sultan director in Muzaffarpur,Bihar
A case of cheating today was registered against Sultan actor Salman Khan, Anushka Sharma, producer Yash Raj Films and director Ali Abbas at CJM court in Muzaffarpur in Bihar.
The case was filed by Sabeer Ansari, who claimed that the entire film was based on his life from the beginning to the end.
In his petition, Ansari said that Salman Khan had promised to pay him Rs 20 crore, but failed to do so, even after the film was released on July 6.
He added that the actor had reportedly contacted him for the film. However, few days later, he was informed that the film had been shelved.
Now that the film was made and released, Sabeer said that he felt cheated as the film was based on his life.
The next hearing is scheduled for July 12.
